How long is a buyout, and when can we book?
Every buyout is a three-hour block, available any day of the week after 4pm. We allow 1 hour prior for setup and 1 hour after for breakdown. Tell us your ideal date and we'll confirm availability at your location.
How many guests can we have?
A buyout carries a $1,500 food & beverage minimum — roughly 30 guests at $50 per person. Capacity depends on your setup (cocktail-style reception vs. buffet): Hatch Huntington seats up to 65 guests, and Hatch Fort Lauderdale up to 90. Let us know what you're picturing and we'll map it to the room.
What's included in each price tier?
$50 per person includes soda, coffee & a cash bar. $65 adds beer, wine & mocktails. $75 is our all-inclusive bar. Add a dessert table (+$10), cake cutting (+$3) or espresso bar (+$5). All prices are plus tax & gratuity.
Do you take a deposit?
A deposit holds your date; the balance is settled prior to the start of the event against your final head count. Your event coordinator will walk you through the details when you inquire.
Can we play music or use AV?
Yes — the room is yours. We can stream cartoons, create a celebratory message, queue up a playlist, run a photo slideshow, play a video montage or set the stage. Chat with your coordinator about sound and screen options at your location.
Is there free parking nearby?
Absolutely. Guests can take advantage of ample free municipal parking located just a short walk—less than one block—from the restaurant.
